When I was 2 years old, I danced around the house with homemade ribbons; at 11, I hosted a “girls-summer-craft-club”; at 15, I made and sold jewelry; & when I was 17, I got my first DSLR camera.

Quite a few years have passed since then. I studied photography at SCAD, Atlanta, and have been privileged with a wide variety of photographic experiences; including mentoring at-risk youth with Kids in Focus.

My artistic journey has had its share of dead ends, empty gas tanks, and flat tires. But, when I'm behind the camera or listening to someone's story, any troubles seem to fade away. I'm doing what I was born to do - connect & create.
